Well Track Overview
Well Track is Zebra’s wellbeing program for all employees and benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners.
Developed in partnership with health management solutions provider Virgin Pulse, the program is designed to help you take control of your health. Depending upon the activity, you can participate online via the Well Track portal, by phone, or via a mobile device using the Virgin Pulse app. Participation in Well Track is strictly voluntary and completely confidential.
Ways to Get Involved
The Well Track program is designed to be flexible. It offers a variety of resources to meet the diverse needs of Zebra employees and their families. Below are just some of the ways you can use the program to meet your health goals.

- Online questionnaire to assess lifestyle-related behaviors and biometric data to identify risks and areas of improvement
Health Screening
- Blood draw for biometric data
- LabCorp and physician forms
Flu Immunizations
- Onsite at select Zebra locations
- Any in-network healthcare provider under Zebra’s medical plans
- Any in-network pharmacy provider under Zebra’s prescription plans
Lifestyle Management Coaching
- Connect with a health coach to help achieve goals such as weight management, smoking cessation, getting active, eating healthier, etc.
Activity Challenges
- Create your own online personal, self-paced challenges
- Invite other Zebra colleagues to create a team event
- Join and participate in a global, company-wide challenge that includes a variety of themes
BCBS and Kaiser Resources
Condition Management Coaching
- Telephonic coaching for chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes (via Livongo), coronary heart disease, etc.
24/7 Nurseline
- Contact a registered nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get answers and medical advice for non-immediate medical needs, including:
- Assessing symptoms
- Reliable self-care home treatments
- Advice on where to receive care (doctor’s office, emergency room, etc.)
- Medications and side effects
- Treating basic conditions such as high fever, sore throat, cuts, burns, etc.
Prenatal Assessment and Education Program
- Personal telephone contact to address needs and coordinate care with your physician
- Periodic telephone assessment to identify risk factors, identify needs and coordinate care with your physician

Points-Based Incentives
In addition to the $600 annual premium reduction applied to the cost of your Zebra medical coverage, Well Track participants can earn points for completing various health-related activities on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis. The number of points you earn will vary based on activity and frequency. Points will accumulate and can be tracked on the Well Track portal.

Based on the number of points you earn each quarter, you will receive GEM points (up to 100 per quarter). The points you earn through Well Track will reset to zero at the beginning of each new quarter.

The GEM points you earn through Well Track will be added to your current balance of GEM points, which can be redeemed for merchandise, travel, event tickets and more through the GEM online portal.*

If you would like to improve your health, this program can help identify opportunities and provide support, resources and rewards for making positive changes.
When are incentives provided?
Incentive rewards will be distributed on a quarterly basis depending on how many points you earned in the quarter. Quarterly incentives will be rewarded 2-3 weeks after the end of each calendar quarter. You must be an active employee to receive your incentive award.
Is there a deadline to complete activities that will earn me the quarterly Well Track incentive award?
Yes. All activities will need to be reported to the Well Track portal by the end of each calendar quarter to receive the points towards the incentive award for that quarter.
