2025 Enrollment
Annual Enrollment for 2025 benefits has ended. Most 2024 benefits will continue in 2025 at the new rates.
If You are Hired On or After October 14, 2024
You will need to enroll twice – once for the rest of 2024, and a second time if you want to make changes for 2025.
NOTE: You can only make changes for 2025 after you submit your 2024 elections. Find the 2025 Annual Enrollment event when you go back to the Benefits tab on the ZONE.
You must enroll each year to contribute to any Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). This includes General-Purpose, Limited-Purpose and Dependent Care accounts. If you don’t enroll, your FSA contributions will be set to $0 for 2025.
You have until November 30, 2024 to complete the wellbeing incentive activities on the Well Track portal to receive the $600 annual medical premium reduction for 2025. You do not need to do anything to earn this premium reduction during your first year of employment at Zebra.
There are no changes to your benefits offerings for 2025, but you will be able to contribute more money to your tax-savings accounts if you choose to do so.
Contribution Maximums
- If you enroll in the Basic HSA medical plan, you will be able to contribute up to $4,300 for Employee Only coverage and $8,550 for all other coverage levels.
- If you elect the Advantage HSA medical plan, company contributions are included in the maximum, as shown in the chart below.
- For both HSA plans, you can also make additional “catch-up” contributions to your HSA of up to $1,000 annually if you are age 55 or older. Catch-up contributions can begin the year in which you turn age 55.
- If you have a General-Purpose and/or Limited Purpose FSA, you will be able to contribute up to $3,200. Remember, you can carry over up to $640 into 2025.

In early 2025, we will introduce two new resources to help you make the most of your benefits. Keep an eye out for more information in the coming months; you do not need to take action during Annual Enrollment to use these resources next year.
- Garner helps you find the highest quality doctors in our medical networks. The concierge team and doctor search tool find top-performing doctors, and the program covers your out-of-pocket costs when you get care from a top-performing, in-network doctor.
- Evive is designed to make it easier to engage with your benefits. This “digital front door” integrates with many of our benefits vendor partners and sends personalized messages so you can learn about the right benefit at the right time.
