2026 Enrollment
Annual Enrollment for 2026 benefits has ended. Most 2025 benefits will continue in 2026 at new rates.
If you are hired on or after October 13, 2025:
You will need to enroll twice – once for the rest of 2025, and a second time if you want to make changes for 2026.
You must enroll each year to contribute to any Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). This includes General-Purpose, Limited-Purpose and Dependent Care accounts. If you don’t enroll, your FSA contributions will be set to $0 for 2026.
You have until November 30, 2025 to complete the wellbeing incentive activities on the Well Track portal to receive the $600 annual medical premium reduction for 2026. You do not need to do anything to earn this premium reduction during your first year of employment at Zebra.
NOTE: You can only make changes for 2026 after you submit your 2025 elections. Find the 2026 Annual Enrollment event when you go back to the Benefits tab on the ZONE.

Your 2026 Benefits
Each year, the Zebra benefits team looks for opportunities to get more value from our benefits. This year, we are making a few changes to benefits offerings to help everyone make the most of what’s available.
- Starting January 1, 2026, the pharmacy benefits through your BCBSIL medical plans will move from Express Scripts to Optum Rx, to bring you a better member experience while keeping costs in line.
- Costs, prior authorizations and prescription refills: The plan design within each of the BCBSIL medical plans is not changing. Prior authorizations and refills will automatically transition to Optum Rx; there is no action needed to transfer existing prescriptions.
- Pharmacy network: Find in-network pharmacies and confirm your pharmacy is in the Optum Rx network; there should be minimal disruption to the network.
- ID cards: You will receive new prescription ID cards before January 1, 2026 from Optum Rx.
- Next steps and changes to coverage: Employees who enroll in a BCBSIL medical plan for 2026 will receive more information via mail in December. Keep an eye out for resources, including the member website and customer support phone number that will go live on January 1, 2026.
If there are any impacts to specific prescriptions for you or a covered dependent: Optum Rx will notify you directly by mail in early December.
- Employees can contribute more to tax-advantaged accounts. Find details in the Contribution Maximums section below.
You will continue to have resources designed to support your financial well-being, including:
- Garner, which helps you find top in-network medical providers and reimburses you when you visit them. Learn other ways to save on healthcare.
- Access to telemedicine, including virtual physical therapy through Hinge Health.

- For both HSA plans, you can also make additional “catch-up” contributions to your HSA of up to $1,000 annually if you are age 55 or older. Catch-up contributions can begin the year in which you turn age 55.
- If you have a General-Purpose and/or Limited Purpose FSA, you will be able to contribute up to $3,300. Remember, you can carry over up to $660 into 2026.

NOTE: The DC FSA is subject to nondiscrimination and average benefits testing, as directed by the IRS. Depending on the results of these annual tests conducted in the summer of each plan year, your contributions may be reduced or returned during the year.
