How the Plan Works

Stock ownership in Zebra is a great way for you to benefit from the company’s success. The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), available only to employees in the U.S., gives you the opportunity to purchase shares of Zebra stock at a 5 percent discount off the fair market price.

You can contribute up to 10 percent of your eligible compensation toward the purchase of shares (up to a maximum annual purchase amount of $25,000). The plan includes four quarterly investment periods (beginning on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1). Shares are purchased at the end of each quarter and are managed through an online account with Merrill.

You must work at least 20 hours per week and be employed at least one month prior to the start of the option period in order to join the ESPP. The Zebra Total Rewards Team will send an email outlining the enrollment details to your work email address when you become eligible.
